What is Panchromaâ„¢?
What is Panchromaâ„¢?
Panchromaâ„¢ is a new family of engineered polymer compounds containing PLA. The formulations are fine tuned for each color/surface finish to offer the best aesthetic quality and printability. They can be reliably printed on any FFF/FDM 3D printer under typical PLA settings.
All Panchromaâ„¢ prodcuts are PLA except for those listed under "experimental".

What happened to PolyLiteâ„¢ PLA options?
PolyLite PLA effects have been rebranded under the Panchroma family. Galaxy PLA is now Panchroma Galaxy, Starlight PLA is now Panchroma Starlight, and so on.
Standard PolyLiteâ„¢ PLA is still going through some rebranding name changes, but you can find it right HERE
Where can I find PolyTerraâ„¢ PLA products?
Where can I find PolyTerraâ„¢ PLA products?
PolyTerraâ„¢ products have been rebranded under the Panchromaâ„¢ family. Standard PolyTerraâ„¢ PLA is now Panchromaâ„¢ Matte. PolyTerraâ„¢ Gradient PLA is now Panchromaâ„¢ Gradient Matte. PolyTerraâ„¢ PLA + is now Panchromaâ„¢ Satin.
No formulas have changed, just rebranded to be easier to find the product you are looking for. You can still grab all of our old branded spools by clicking on "old" in the product while we transition.
What is Panchromaâ„¢ Regular?
What is Panchromaâ„¢ Regular?
Panchromaâ„¢ Regular is a new experimental product that is not PLA. It prints with very similar settings as PLA but can achieve better overhangs at faster speeds.
That said - it does not stick to PLA very well and therefore should not be combined with other Panchromaâ„¢ PLA Products in a single print. It also sticks very well to textured PEI plates, therefore we only recommend using Panchromaâ„¢ Regular with a textured PEI plate if used with Magigoo Original.
The name for Panchromaâ„¢ Regular will change shortly to reduce confusion.
Can I mix and match effects in a HueForge print?
Can I mix and match effects in a HueForge print?
The short answer is yes - all Panchromaâ„¢ PLA products can be combined into a single print. However please note that the layer adhesion of Panchromaâ„¢ Regular with other Panchromaâ„¢ color ranges is weaker which can cause delamination in your Hueforge print. We can suggest PolyLiteâ„¢ PLA to combine with other color ranges for Hueforge applications.
Will the spools work in an AMS?
Will the spools work in an AMS?
Yes! We have redesigned the edges of our spools so all Panchromaâ„¢ products will now spin great in the AMS.
